Learn how to build a resilient and engaged nursing workforce.
Track 20: Integrative and Holistic Nursing Approaches
Discover complementary therapies such as mindfulness, aromatherapy, and therapeutic touch in nursing. This session advocates for mind-body-spirit alignment in patient care. Emphasis is placed on cultural sensitivity and patient preferences. Nurses will gain tools to deliver compassionate, whole-person care in diverse settings.
Participation / Presentation Options
Oral Presentation
Oral presentations may include topics from nursing research, theoretical frameworks, clinical practices, or personal nursing experiences, shared in a concise and impactful manner. Individuals with firsthand experience are also encouraged to present case studies or narratives that inspire and inform daily practice. Speakers with a 30-minute slot should aim to present for 20–25 minutes, with the remaining time reserved for Q&A moderated by the Session Chair. Keynote speakers are allotted 40–45 minutes.
Workshop
Workshop presenters may cover the same themes as oral presentations but with more hands-on demonstrations and specialized techniques in nursing care or education. These sessions are ideal for teaching clinical procedures, simulation techniques, or educational strategies. The typical duration is 45–50 minutes. Participants may present individually or with their teams, including research or academic coordinators, and are eligible for group registration waivers.
Poster Presentation
The Student Poster Competition, held during the Nursing Research 2025 conference, aims to encourage students and recent nursing graduates to present their original research. Each presenter will be allocated 5–7 minutes to explain their work and respond to questions from judges and the audience. This is an opportunity for emerging nursing professionals to engage with peers, exchange ideas, and build their research skills. Posters must be submitted in a hard copy format measuring 1x1 meter.
Webinar Presentation
Webinar participation is designed for nursing professionals and researchers who are unable to attend the conference in person due to scheduling conflicts or travel limitations. In this format, presenters may submit a pre-recorded video of their session, which will be played during the designated virtual webinar slot for remote attendees.
E-Poster
E-Poster presentations serve as an alternative to physical poster displays. The posters will be published on the conference website, and the accompanying abstract will appear in the official conference souvenir and associated journal, complete with DOI assignment. This allows for enhanced online visibility and citation opportunities.

The Advanced Nursing Research 2025 Summit’s Organizing Committee hereby reiterates that we are NOT authorized to assist with any visa application procedures. You may be required to submit a Letter of Invitation, Letter of Abstract Acceptance, and Registration Payment Receipt to your respective embassy as part of the visa process.
Letter of Invitation: A Letter of Invitation serves as confirmation that your paper submission and registration application have been accepted by the Conference Organizing Committee. It will be issued in English and may support your visa application.
Token Amount: A token payment of USD 200 can be made to receive a payment receipt, which may be used as part of your visa documentation.

PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS:

Presenting authors are responsible for their own registration, travel, and accommodation costs.

NOTE: Accepted presenters will receive an official acceptance letter via email, which will allow them to proceed with conference registration.

All accepted abstracts will be compiled in the conference abstract book, which will be made available to participants during the event.

If a presenting author is unable to attend, they must arrange for a qualified co-author or colleague to present on their behalf. Please notify the conference committee in such cases for updates in the program schedule.
SUBMISSION OPTIONS:

Oral Presentations: Standard oral sessions will be organized thematically, with each presenter receiving a 30-minute time slot, including time for audience interaction.

Keynote Sessions: Keynote speakers will have 45-minute slots to present their in-depth insights and leadership in nursing science.

Workshops / Special Sessions: These will be allocated 60 minutes, including discussion time, and should involve demonstrations, group interaction, or case-based learning.
